I am starting a new series of articles that has nothing to do with Sleep Apnea. This one is a favorite of mine, avoiding the dentist's drill. I don't know about you but getting shots in my mouth is something I try to avoid at all costs. There are not many things that I find more painful and bothersome and so I wanted to pass along something that has helped me.

Many years ago, I moved to San Diego. For whatever reason I didn't want to get a new dentist. I am sure sleep apnea (not thinking clearly) at the time had something to do with this. So, I started using a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and water and gargling every night and morning with it. It was so effective that I still do this today. I went almost nine (9) years without seeing a dentist and not getting any cavities.

I know this sounds improbable but it is true. So, if you want an easy solution to avoid needles in your mouth, try it. I hope that helps you.
