Put All Your Effort Into Solving Your Sleep Apnea

Updated: Sep 29

As I look back on my sleep apnea journey, I can truly say that all of the time, effort, and stubborn persistence has paid off and continues to pay off. Many years ago, I decided to go against the flow and worked to solve my severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) condition. Looking back on it, it was a crazy idea. Why didn't I just do what everyone else did and use a medical device, a CPAP mask and machine? I don't know. I decided to trust my gut because I didn't want to become dependent on a machine that I would have to lug around on my vacations. This was a good thing as a major manufacturer had to settle a court case this year regarding CPAP usage and toxic and carcinogenic effects. Yes, I am glad I trusted my instincts. Getting cancer has always been one of my worst fears.

Now that I am seeing all of the benefits of getting fantastic sleep again after many years, I encourage you to put all of your efforts into solving your sleep apnea. Maybe my solution isn't the right one for you, but if you solve it, I guarantee that your life is going to change. Maybe you are an actor and that edge of reduced stress and lower anxiety is the thing that catapults your career. Maybe you dream of being a CEO one day and having the confidence and presence with people and large groups is what propels you to the top. Maybe you are a minor league baseball player and you have the talent but your performance is not consistent. This can be the difference that tilts you towards a major league career. Maybe you just want a promotion or a better job. The possibilities are endless.

Everyone has dreams but I am convinced that great sleep is the foundation that can help you achieve what you desire and tip the scales towards more happiness and success in your life. Calm sleep = more airflow = more oxygen = higher mental and physical performance.
